Reservations
Reservations may be made at anytime. The full amount of the reservation cost will be charged at the time of the booking. Guests will receive an email confirmation of their booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel 30 days before check in you can receive a full
refund, 15-29 days you have a choice of a 50% refund or a 100%
credit towards a future stay, under 15 days a 50% credit towards
a future stay. Any refund amount is based on the unit charge.
The $5 dollar online booking fee per unit, or the $3.50 office booking fee
per unit,
is non-refundable. Each canceled reserved unit will incur a $10
dollar cancellation fee. A non-refundable 3% credit card
processing fee will be charged to all reservations.
Specific campsites can be guaranteed by choosing the lock site
feature at the time of booking either online or through the
office. Choosing to lock a specific site will incur an
additional non refundable fee and that fee will be based on the
type of accommodation and the number of nights booked.
Electrical boxes & water are at the FRONT (or near the front) in
between sites. We suggest having at least 50 feet of electrical
cord and water hose available. All 30 amp EVEN numbered
campsites will require longer electrical cords and water/sewer
hoses due to the hookups being on the passenger side of the
vehicle when backed into the site. Sewer for full hookups is
about HALFWAY down the middle of every 2 sites. Please plan
accordingly.
