For your pleasure and safety we ask that you obey the following rules and regulations:

• Lodging check-in is 3:00 pm eastern and check-out is 11:00 am eastern. Sorry, we do not allow early check-ins or late check-outs.
   

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. eastern to 8:00 a.m. eastern.
   

• Speed limit is 5 mph. Please be cautious of small children and pedestrians.
   

• All vehicles and visitors must be registered in the office before entering the property. No exceptions. There is a daily visitor fee and visitors are required to leave by 9:00 p.m. eastern. All unregistered persons are considered trespassing and all unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
   

• Grills are not allowed on balconies or deck railings.
   

• Do not climb over deck or deck railings.
   

• Fires will be allowed in fire rings only. Please do not cut down any living woodland vegetation. Firewood is sold at the office. Please do not leave any garbage in the fire rings or campsites.
   

• Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb others. Pets must be leashed at all times and attended or crated. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet. You are also responsible for your pet's actions including damages and/or injuries to others. There is a fee for pets in our lodging units.
   

• Please do not feed the geese, ducks, bear or any other wildlife.
   

• Rowdiness, drunkenness, disturbing others, the use of narcotics, the use of firearms and fireworks will not be permitted.
   

• Do not use resorts towels for wiping off snowmobiles, skis or motorcycles. You will be charged for ruined or missing towels.
   

• Absolutely no washing or rinsing off of vehicles, RVs, trailers, ATVs, bikes, etc.
   

• Children must be attended at all times and parents are responsible for the actions of their children. Please be sure that your children understand and obey the rules. All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse gameroom.
   

• We are not responsible for accidents, lost or stolen articles.
   

• The management reserves the right to evict anyone for infraction of these rules and regulations or whose behavior is offensive.
   

• I understand and agree to abide by these rules and regulations. I agree to inform everyone in my group and be responsible for their actions. I understand I can be evicted, without refund, for infraction of the above rules.
